1. Acceptance

By accessing or using VulScan Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Authorised Use

You may only scan, test, or enumerate assets for which you have explicit written authorisation from the asset owner. Unauthorised scanning of third-party systems is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws. VulScan Pro provides verification workflows to confirm asset ownership before scanning.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Data and Privacy

Scan results, findings, and reports are stored securely and scoped to your organisation. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." Nexdecade Technology (Pvt) LTD is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on scan results. Security assessments are not guarantees of security.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
